Amy's Right - the Reunion is a week away. So to get everyone excited, why don't we use this blog to share our favorite memories from Cottle Reunions in the past. What do you remember about our past outings? I'd have to say that one of my favorite Cottle Family Reunion traditions were the amazing theater productions that were performed at the grandkids reunions. I mean, who can forget David's immortal words from the blockbuster play, The House on Cottle Hill: "Hey everybody - I'm a Witch."
So give us some of you favorite times, either in the comments section or as a new post.

Ok my reunion memories, of course "...I'm a witch." is a memorable one but my memory goes way back to the original grandkids reunion. Before I left for California I spent and day in Waterton with G'ma & G'pa and a couple from thier mission.
We drove by the camp ground we stayed at and I was reminded of the storm that wreaked the tent and everyone jamed into the trailer except Jamie and I (that is until the hail freaked us out and we came in the trailer).
I remember going to that awesome outdoor pool only to find it was closed and I don't think it ever really reopened (It's now a sports club or something). Heather and I lived in our swimsuits, I think in the hopes of the pool reopening.
I remember walking over to see Cameron Falls because it was about the only thing to see in Waterton that a couple 8 year olds could do by themselves.
And of course the s'mores and playing in the lake and the hike up Bears Hump. I think it was only two days but it seems like it was forever.
I have many other memories but those are the first to come to mind. I really enjoyed all of them. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for all the great memories.
I think some of my favorite memories were of course the Bears hump climb, and filling the lake up with rocks! I loved playing dress up with Grandmas old dresses and all her jewelry. Who could ever forget anti –I- over, and all the food we got fed! I have so many good memories that it is hard to pick out just a couple, but I do remember loving every minute of them! Thanks to G & G for making those memories that will last a life time!
One of my memories, is when we were in Park City, and I believe it was Amy, she got up to go and get something and ran right into the screen door. It was pretty funny. I too have may memories, so it it hard to choose. I am going to miss you all this year.
Oh I forgot about Anti - I - Over. I remember the year that it rained the whole time, we went swimming in Lethbridge because it was indoors. But Anti - I - Over continued and even in the rain.
The funny thing about the Amy story is that's not the only time she's done it. Just ask her and she'll tell you.
Ya, I always try to tell Jeff about Anti I Over and how fun it was. I hope we can make it up there next year, and we will have to play for old times sake.
Yeah, you'll have to come to Cardston though. I don't know how the tenents @ Medow Lake would feel with us throwing things and yelling all night.
